We are happy to announce that we are embarking on the next chapter of our journey with you, fulfilling a promise we made on November 1, 2019. As advised back then, through an agreement with Scotiabank and to ensure little disruption to you, our customer, during the acquisition, we have been operating with the same products, services and system to which you were accustomed. Now, we have begun our conversion to Republic Financial Holdings Limited’s (“RFHL”) suite of technology platforms.
The implementation of the RFHL banking platform is targeted to take place in 2021. It will be rolled out across our Republic Bank (EC) Limited (“RBEC”) countries in a phased approach, beginning with St. Lucia, Dominica and St. Vincent & The Grenadines.
The change will be reflected across various products and services, including:
• Credit and Debit Card Portfolios
• ATM Services
• Point of Sale Services
• Mobile and Internet Banking
• In-Branch Services
• Statements and Notices
We are committed to providing a seamless and consistent customer experience across our markets and while most of the changes will happen behind the scenes, we shall keep you apprised as we move forward.
As the system conversion progresses, you will be receiving key information, including how our products and services will be impacted and how you can prepare for the change.
