We're getting closer to bringing you a new experience with the conversion to Republic Financial Holdings Limited’s (RFHL) banking platforms. Effective September 1, 2021, there will be a few changes to your chequing account. To help you prepare, we’ve included a quick summary of what you can expect.
Your Branch Manager will contact you directly and provide you with:
- Your new chequing account number
- New cheque books at no cost to you (two cheque books with twenty-five leaves each)
How to prepare for the change?
- You can continue to use your current stock of cheques until September 1, 2021
- Cheques issued before and up to September 1, 2021 will be honoured for six months thereafter
- As far as possible we suggest you reduce the number of cheques you issue before September 1, 2021
- In the event that you require cheque books prior to September 1, 2021, please contact your branch for interim cheques
- On September 1, 2021, you should discontinue use of AND destroy your old stock of cheques, and utilise your new chequebooks
