As part of our conversion to the Republic Financial Holdings Limited’s (RFHL) suite of banking products there would be a temporary service interruption in credit card services to facilitate the introduction of our new credit card platform.
Effective Monday, August 23, 2021 from 3 p.m. to Tuesday, August 24, 2021 at 3 a.m. credit card services will be unavailable.
Your current credit card will expire on Monday, August 23, 2021, and your new credit card will be activated on Tuesday, August 24, 2021. Only credit cards collected on or after July 16, 2021 would be valid and activated.
Remember your existing credit card will no longer function (after 3 p.m. on Monday, August 23, 2021) so it’s important to visit your branch to collect your new/ replacement card if you haven’t done so already. Branches are open Monday to Friday 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. and cards can be collected during this time.
