Will I have access to my funds at the ATMs during the conversion?
ATM and online services will be unavailable during a brief period immediately preceding the launch of the Bank’s new technology platforms. We will advise of this date well in advance so that you can withdraw cash for use over this period and make any scheduled online payments beforehand.

Will there be any new ABM services/features?
Yes. Our Cardless Cash feature will be added. With Cardless Cash you can send funds to anyone with a mobile phone, even to yourself. Funds can then be withdrawn from any one of our ATMs, without the use of a card. Stay tuned for more information.

If I use an ATM in a RBEC territory that has not yet converted to the new system (Anguilla, St. Kitts and Nevis or St. Maarten), will my transaction/s be approved?
Yes. While different RBEC territories will be at different stages of the conversion process, at different times, ATM services will remain available across the RBEC Group.
